Info-Book Culture Department

These following collections are available for researchers: illustrations, graphics, printing blocks, material memorabilia, exlibris, publisher's archives and personal collections, publisher's prospects, shopkeeper's songs, book-end papers, prayer books, sacred pictures, songbooks, pious remembrances and uncataloged books, also personal collections of Josef Váchal, Miloš Marten, Alois Chvála, Rudolf Havel, always upon consultation with a professional curator, who will arrange for the material to be in the study at Terezín.

Transportation of this material to the Study Room in the New museum building in Prague will be done only in exceptional circumstances, such as for exhibitions or long-term research projects.

The Study Room in the New National Museum building will have exclusive access to shopkeeper's printing blocks, which are stored in the depository in the museum's New building. These items will not be transported to the study in Terezín.

The poster collection is closed until at least 2013. For exhibition purposes, only copies of posters will be provided, and only if such copies already exist.

Materials from the library may be ordered through the service department , but their study is possible only in the Terezín study, once every 14 days.

The collection of Rudolf Havel, stored in the New building, will be available in the New building's Study Room.

The National Revival collection is newly stored in the Zbraslav palace; from March 2012 it is available to researchers in the Zbraslav Study Room by prior arrangement with the responsible curator.
