New building of The National Museum is open!

Guided tour every Wednesday

On Saturday 15.8. at 10:00The National Museum opens for public new building (former building of the Federal parliament next to the Historical building of The National Museum on the Wenceslas square).

We prepared guided tour of unique architecture and historic events. In this significant building important events of Czech and Czechoslovak history took place. It will create unique museum and cultural komplex together with the historical building of the National Museum. Among others, you can visit most modern museum shop in our republic or comfortable cafeteria. Guided tour will show you many interesting places of this building, which was for example visited by Margharet Thatcher, Francois Mitterand, George H. W. Bush or British Queen Elisabeth II.

Every tour is guided with a czech speaking guide. Guides are able to communicate in english too. There is possible to borrow an audioguide (in english) at the cash-desk for free, it is included in the ticket price.
