It publishes original works and also contemporary studies from the fields of Mineralogy, Petrology, Economic Geology and the History of Ore Mining. Works in Czech, Slovak and sometimes in English are published. It has been issued once a year since 1993, at the present time in a volume of 250 - 350 pages.
