Journal of the National Museum. History Series
The magazine has been issued since 1827. František Palacký was present at its foundation. At the present time, the profile of the magazine is influenced by the composition of the disciplines of the National Museum (disciplines: Archaeology, Numismatics, Teatrology, History, Ethnography, Art History and related disciplines). The magazine is further open to quality contributions, material-based on the collections of the National Museum, but it also welcomes other contributions whose quality is at an appropriate professional level. The magazine of the National Museum is published biannually, always as a double issue. It offers the Czech past to a greater extent, as well as original expert articles to people interested in interdisciplinary conceived Czech History. The articles contain original essays as well as reports and reviews. The magazine meets the highest expectations of contemporary historical science. The magazine is included in EBSCO and ERIH PLUS.
