This article examines a little-known manuscript held in the collections of the Museum in Polička, probably dating from the 1660s. The volume contains a mixture of repertoire: some songs are known from printed hymnals, while others appear to be previously undocumented. Annotations by later users reveal an unexpected openness to non-Catholic material, thus offering a glimpse into the unofficial and lesser-known aspects of the Recatholicisation process.
