The National Museum hosted on Friday 3 November 2017, the delegation from Palau and Guam, led by Mrs Baklai Temengil, minister of community and cultural affairs of the Republic of Palau.

After a brief friendly meeting, Baklai Temengil and Martin Sekera, Deputy Director General of the National Museum, signed the memorandum of understanding that focuses mainly on the field of natural sciences.

Ivo Macek, director of the Natural History Museum of the National Museum, showed to the delegation the exhibitions in the New Building of the National Museum. Thus the guest could see the exhibitions Noah’s Arch and Light and Life, which they found very interesting.
 
The memorandum represents another important document that will deepen the cultural and scientific relations of the National Museum with foreign countries.
