Wedding ceremonies have been taking place in Vrchotovy Janovice since 2008. The most commonly chosen venues for wedding parties are the chateau chapel, the space with Jan Nádherný's stone table on the edge of the meadow in the centre of the park, and the space under the copse of linden trees in the immediate vicinity of the chateau. There have also been ceremonies in the chateau courtyard and under the ancient trees in the landscape garden.

The chapel’s capacity is not large: 20 seats, with the maximum number of guests at around 60. The park can accommodate a bigger party; in bad weather, the ceremony may be transferred to the castle, as the chapel is always ready for this occasion.

The specific choice of place in the chateau or park, the details of the decoration of the wedding venue, the musical accompaniment and the organization of the ceremony are always a matter of agreement between the couple and the Vrchotovy Janovice office. The chateau administration office is ready to accommodate the couple as much as possible.
