Yoga classes take place in the vestibule of the Ethnographic Museum, led by Eva Rajlichová.

Eva is a certified yoga instructor with many years of experience and teaches in several Prague yoga studios. Her classes, designed for the general public, focus primarily on improving posture, strengthening deep core muscles, and conscious breathwork. She integrates principles from physiotherapy and restorative yoga styles. The classes are suitable for both beginners and advanced practitioners – experienced participants can explore postures in more depth, while those less experienced are offered accessible variations.

Regular yoga practice brings numerous benefits to modern lifestyle: it helps calm the mind, reduces stress and anxiety, and improves overall mobility and flexibility. It also serves as effective compensatory exercise and has a positive impact on mental well-being. Yoga can be started at any time, regardless of age or previous experience.
