The exhibition Phundrado drom / The Open Road does not have the ambition to tell a new story about Romani people. Rather, this is a reflection on the operations of the Museum of Romani Culture (MRK) over more than 30 years, an occasion that made it possible for us, curators from outside the institution, to “launch a probe” into its collections so we can now familiarize you with its rich activities.
