Pak architekti Eduard Fiala (1855–1924) a Gustav Šámal (1851–1905) připravili kótované řezy a půdorys i kresby průčelí.

Cowshed

circa 1890

Of the small house at the crossroads below the road up to the partially restored lodge, it has been left at present only the foundation stone with the date 7 May 1884. It was laid there by Karel Nádherný (1846–1895) and his wife Amélie (1852–1910) – their son Johannes was two months old at the time, neither Karel nor Sidonie had yet been born. The wooden log house for farming several cows was very carefully set up: first, Karel Nádherný – as was his custom – presented his idea in the form of sketches. Then, the architects Eduard Fiala (1855–1924) and Gustav Šámal (1851–1905) prepared dimensioned cross-sections and a floor plan as well as drawings of the façade. However, they did not agree on it for some reason, and the Viennese architect Wenzel Baumheyer (18422–1922) continued the work. The builder Emanuel Vrzal (1847–1913) from Votice was in charge of the actual construction. The “cowshed”, where there was also a small apartment for the employees of the large farm, served its purpose until the 1920s.
