Na sklonku roku 2006 dožily čtyři z pěti stromů (dvou javorů a tří lip), jež obklopovaly barokní sochu sv. Jana Nepomuckého, která byla tehdy už velmi poznamenaná časem. Restaurování proběhlo v letech 2007–2009, pak následovala rekonstrukce pilířů a navazující části ohradní zdi parku. Zbývá opravit ještě úsek mezi parkem a cestou. Sochu sv. J. Nepomuckého objednal Ferdinand František hrabě z Vrtby (1636–1712) a pochází snad z pražské dílny Jana Brokoffa. Je zhotovená z pískovce a v době svého vzniku stála mezi oběma pilíři čelem do parku. Když se ve 40. letech 19. století Josef Xaver hrabě Vratislav z Mitrovic (1818–1869) rozhodl postavit v parku skleník, vybral si místo přímo sousedící s pilíři; staly se jeho součástí a socha byla otočena směrem ven. Nakonec byl skleník kvůli velmi špatnému stavu v roce 1926 rozebrán. Sidonie a její bratr se ale rozhodli uzavřít prostor parku, a tak se sv. Jan Nepomucký nevrátil zpátky – mezi pilíři tehdy vyrostla vysoká zídka z cihelných tvarovek a socha byla vysunuta směrem ven, na současné místo. Stojí na zvláštně tvarovaném žulovém soklu: uprostřed je v celé hloubce kamenného bloku proříznutý otvor, jehož obrys vytváří v průhledu hvězdu – jeden ze světcových symbolů. O jeho svátku v něm kdysi stávala svíčka.

At the end of 2006, four of the five trees lived there (two maples and three linden trees) that surrounded the Baroque statue of St. J. Nepomucký, which was then very affected by time. The restoration took place in 2007–2009, followed by the reconstruction of the pillars and the adjoining part of the park's fencing wall. The section between the park and the road still needs to be repaired. The statue of St. J. Nepomucký was ordered by Ferdinand František, Count of Vrtba (1636–1712) and probably originated in the Prague workshop of Jan Brokoff. It is made of sandstone and it stood between the two pillars facing the park at the time of its creation. When, in the 1840s, Josef Xaver, Count Vratislav of Mitrovice (1818–1869), decided to build a greenhouse in the park – he chose a place directly adjacent to the pillars; they became part of it and the statue was turned outwards. Finally, the greenhouse was dismantled in 1926 when it was in a very poor condition. But Sidonie and her brother decided to close the park space, and therefore, St. J. Nepomucký did not return – a high wall of shaped bricks appeared between the pillars at that time and the statue was moved outwards – to its current location. It is located on a strangely shaped granite plinth: in the middle, there is a hole cut through the entire depth of the stone block, the outline of which creates a star in the opening – one of the saint’s symbols. There used to be a candle during his saint’s day.
